Welcome to

Four Corners Counseling

Family-focused mental health and psychiatry services.

We use a family-systems approach. We center treatment on relationship-based interpersonal therapies that highlight attachment. For children and adolescents, we provide relationship focused care and aim to evaluate and support the whole family through the healing process.

We are passionate about getting to know all the pieces that make you who you are. We seek to learn about your mental and physical difficulties, your family, relationships, your strengths and challenges at home, work, and school. We want to support you in all of these aspects of your life and help you improve anywhere you are struggling.

We value the mental well-being of all ages and welcome clients of any age, including the very young. Mental health treatment is the most effective when support persons are involved. We welcome including your support system in your care if that fits for you.

We care about the story of all people. We appreciate the experiences of racial, ethnic, religious, gender, size, and sexual orientation minorities. We honor those with a wide range of disabilities and ask that you come as you are. Please feel comfortable being your authentic self with us.

Insurance coverage and rates vary for each clinician. Please contact us with your needs and we can give you additional information.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families in the Rochester community.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families in the Rochester community. I graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2002) and received my Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University (2006). Over the years, I have worked with families from diverse backgrounds dealing with a variety of issues including illness, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal violence, family dynamics, attachment, and emotional challenges. I have specialized training in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and feel passionate about offering family treatment through the lens of supporting healthy, nurturing interpersonal relationships. Additionally, I have received advanced training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and value the opportunity to connect with and support caregivers as they transition into new parent-child relationships, establishing balance and emotional wellness within their multiple roles. I draw from a number of different modalities to best support those I work with, including CBT-cognitive (thinking) behavioral (action) therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, narrative and attachment therapies. I always take a flexible client-centered, family focused and strength-based approach, striving to establish a warm, non-judgmental and safe space to explore any challenges and potential solutions.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of experience working with adults and families in the Rochester community.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC- license #008023) with 5 years of experience working with adults and families in the Rochester community. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College. I have spent the last three years in a specialized clinic working with women who have experienced perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to practicing through Four Corners Counseling, I currently work as an infant and early childhood therapist through a local non-profit providing care to children and families impacted by trauma. I have advanced training in both perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and infant mental health. I am passionate about women’s health and believe strongly in providing quality holistic mental health care to enable women (and their families) to get to a place that they feel balanced and well.

I use an integrative approach to therapy that pulls from several different therapeutic modalities (including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered practices, and a strengths based narrative approach) as I believe in the importance of an individualized plan of action. If this sounds like it might be a good match for you, please reach out so we can have a conversation about treatment options.
